Returns and Refunds


Unwanted Goods

THAT’S AUDIO will accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. If you change your mind or if you are unhappy with the item in any way and wish to return your product then please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a returns authorisation number. All unwanted returned items need to be in an undamaged, saleable condition within its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. The cost of returning the item will be at the buyers expense unless previously agreed with THAT’S AUDIO.

In all cases refunds can only be raised once we receive the unwanted goods back with the authorisation number clearly shown on the package. We shall aim to issue refunds within 3 working days of receipt. We can only accept items for refund if they have not been used unless the item is found to be faulty. Certain items may be sealed within a clear plastic bag inside the original packaging – if the bag has been opened we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund unless the product is found to be faulty.

Incorrect Items

Should we supply you with a different item to the one you ordered then please contact us within 14 days to arrange for a replacement and / or collection to be made.

Faulty Goods

Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty then please contact us to discuss the matter further.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank / credit card company, that you used to make the payment. Please note that there is sometimes a delay with some banks / credit card facilities whilst they process refunds.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number, and we’ll try to cancel it. If we can cancel your order, a full refund will be processed within 3 working days of your notice being received.

If your order has already dispatched, we will provide you with a returns address and a full refund will be processed within 3 working days of your order having been returned and received by us in a resalable condition.
