JJ Tube (Valve) KT88 – A.F. Beam Pentode. The KT88 is a beam power pentode with octal base. A maximum plate power of W. The JJ Valve KT88, produced in Slovakia at the historic Tesla factory, offers a commendable overall tone and dependable performance.

All vacuum tubes go through an extended burn-in period to ensure superior stability. A rigorous final test for tubes and capacitors verifies every important parameter. In particular, the parameters for flawless tube functioning include insulation characteristics, vacuum level, cathode emission efficiency, filament voltage, plate currents, and microphonics. The quality control process includes several thousand hours of reliability testing on samples of tubes and capacitors.
