GOLDEN DRAGON AUDIO TUBE / VALVE RINGS by Duende Criatura considerably reduce microphony, distortion and self oscillation from audio tubes. They are slid around the top part of the tube where they reduce mechanical vibrations. The result – improvement of three dimensional picture, a more controlled bass and cleaner sound stage.

The above mentioned effects are at their best when the tube ring is sitting around the top part of the tube. The tube’s ability to radiate heat is unaffected.

• Valve / Tube Ring
• TEFLON BASE RING – TEFLON can handle temperatures of up to 260C, considerably above the typical working temperature of 160 – 220C of a tube. Teflon has a high specific weight and wonderful dampening characteristics to enhance the listening experience.
• TITANIUM CLAMP – The TITANIUM clamp ensures an intense contact between the teflon ring and glass tube. Tube circuitry is normally high impedance and are therefore sensitive to eddy currents. TITANIUM, unlike other kinds of metal, does not carry eddy-currents – although more expensive, this makes it the ideal material of choice!
